Ask your business questions in Claude, ChatGPT or Copilot, from your own data.
Your teams already use an AI assistant. We connect it to your private data, with your definitions and your permissions.
Where things stand today
-
The assistant can't see your data. Your ERP has no API, your numbers live in Excel files, and it answers without them.
-
When it can see them, it's often through one employee's personal key. Nobody controls what it reads or knows who asked what.
-
Everyone calculates margin their own way. The assistant picks up the version of whoever connected it.
What we build
- Your assistant accesses your company's authorized data through a secure layer hosted in Canada.
- Answers use your definitions of margin, client or project.
- Access follows each person's permissions.
- Requests and answers are logged.
- How sensitive information is handled is defined according to the data and the model used.
Security, hosting and Law 25
If you connect Claude, ChatGPT or Copilot, your data stays hosted in Canada. The assistant only receives the results of queries the person is allowed to run, and what it receives is processed under its provider's terms. For more sensitive data, a sovereign agent hosted in Canada can answer instead.
Hosting in Canada, access by permission, query log and Law 25: details are on the AI analytics page.
How the assistant reaches your data
The assistant has no direct access to your systems. It connects to a secure layer that we host in Canada, through the MCP protocol (Model Context Protocol) or an API. For each question, that layer checks the person's permissions, applies your definitions, logs the query and returns only the result.
We set up this connection with you and check the answers against your real questions. If a source has no API, we start by connecting it.
A first connection covers the accessible sources, the authorized users and the questions to support. Its timeline depends on the access available and the work needed to prepare the data.
Let's connect your assistant to your data.
Tell us which assistants your teams use and where your data lives. We'll tell you what needs connecting and what the connection involves.
