Every engagement starts with a problem to solve.
Before choosing a technology, we work with you to clarify the expected result, the systems involved and the constraints to respect. We then propose a first delivery, with its timeline.
How an engagement runs
- 1
Understand the need
We start from what you want to achieve: a decision to make, a task that comes back every week or a tool you're missing. We look at your systems, your data and the people who will use the solution.
- 2
Propose a first delivery
We propose what we build first, the data it needs, what we expect from your team and the timeline. Timeline and cost depend on the engagement: we set them out before we start, along with how we'll check that the result meets the need.
- 3
Build, then operate
We build the solution and you validate the work along the way. Rosecape then takes care of its hosting in Canada, its security and its maintenance.
The first delivery can fall under AI analytics, such as a dashboard, an agent or an automation, or under agentic development, such as an application or a migration.
What drives timeline and cost
Three things weigh the most: access to your systems, since a source with no API takes more work; the state of your data and the number of definitions to agree on; and what we build, whether a dashboard, an agent or an application.
Connecting your systems usually takes a few days: that is the step that gives us access to your data so the work can start. That time does not include building the first delivery.
After a first conversation, we propose a first delivery with its timeline, its cost and what we expect from your team.
What we put in place
The same four pillars support every engagement, whether it is analytics or development.
-
Centralization →
We connect your ERP, CRM, accounting and files, with or without an API. The data updates automatically.
-
Contextualization →
We define with you what a client, a project or a margin is in your company. Reports and agents use those definitions.
-
Activation →
We build the dashboards, agents and workflows you need, and connect your AI assistant to your data.
-
Managed infrastructure →
We host and maintain everything. Access is managed per person and every request is logged.
Tell us about the problem to solve.
Describe the problem, without having to choose the solution. After a first conversation, we propose a first delivery, with its timeline and what we expect from your team.
