We host, secure and maintain your solution.

After delivery, Rosecape takes charge of running your applications, agents and data processing. We monitor how they run and adjust capacity to usage.

What managed infrastructure is

What we deliver has to be hosted, secured, monitored and updated once it is live. We take care of it, and you don't have to maintain an operations team.

For a Quebec SME, where data is stored has legal consequences. The data we host stays in Canada, access is controlled and every query is traced. This helps you meet your obligations under Law 25. To take stock of AI governance in your company, see our 7-dimension checklist.

For an example of how we operate, read our analysis of the LiteLLM supply-chain attack. It describes how we checked and secured our environments. It is our own account and has not been verified by an independent audit.

What we put in place

What we take care of after delivery, and what we clarify with you before go-live.

Hosting and data processing

Your source systems, such as your ERP or CRM, stay where they are. We host the synced copies of their data, your definitions and what we deliver, in an environment we operate and secure in Canada. If you connect an external assistant such as Claude, ChatGPT or Copilot, what it receives is processed under its provider's terms. Before go-live, we clarify with you the hosting requirements, the data models can access and the operating responsibilities.

Operations

We monitor the infrastructure, apply updates and adjust capacity to usage. Access is role-based and every query is logged: who asked what, and on which data. Your team has no servers to configure.

Continuity

Support, backup and recovery arrangements are set out in the operating agreement.

Ownership and exit

You remain the owner of your data and your definitions. The deliverables that belong to you, such as code and documentation, can be handed over to you. A solution may depend on our internal tools or on third-party components: those dependencies and the transfer arrangements are set out in the agreement.

Frequently asked questions

Who has access to my data at Rosecape?

Only the people who operate your solution, and only when needed. That access is role-based and logged. There is no routine human access to client data.

What do we get back if we leave Rosecape?

Your data and the deliverables that belong to you can be handed over with their documentation. The transfer arrangements and the dependencies needed to run the solution are set out in the agreement.

How does this relate to Law 25?

Quebec's Law 25 requires, among other things, controlling access to personal information and knowing where it is processed. We put in place access control, query traceability and data kept in Canada. Elsewhere in Canada, the federal or provincial privacy law sets similar requirements. Your organization's compliance remains your responsibility.
